Bob, AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, concentrates his practice in areas of commercial and residential real estate, estate planning including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, transfers of wealth, as well as will and trust contests; business law, including purchase and sale of large and small businesses; formation of limited liability companies and corporations; creditors’ rights (foreclosures); and representation of lenders, both institutional and individual, regarding financing, sale and leasing of real properties.
He received a Master of Law and Taxation degree in 1983 and a Bachelor of Civil Law (J.D.) degree in 1966, both from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law (William and Mary). He earned an A.B. degree from the College of William & Mary in 1963. Bob has lectured frequently on matters of estate planning, real estate and Reformed Theology.
