Tom Cooper practices in all phases of estate planning and administration of decedents’ estates, including preparation of wills and trusts, revocable and irrevocable and special needs trusts, powers of attorney and medical health directives. Tom assists with Probate and Estate settlement and offers Trustee and Executor services when needed. He also focuses on real estate transactions and representation of small businesses and the formation and representation of limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations. He received his law degree (J.D.) at the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1986 and earned his undergraduate degree (B.S.) in accounting at St. John’s University in 1983.
