Holly concentrates her practice on estate planning and administration, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical health directives; business law, including business purchases and sales, commercial leases, contracts and formation of limited liability companies and corporations; and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Holly earned her law degree (J.D.) from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2012 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar the same year. She received her undergraduate degree (B.S.) in Business from Virginia Tech in 2007.
During law school, Holly served as Articles Director on the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business in addition to serving on the Board of the International Law Students Association and working in the Education Rights Clinic. She also placed first in the Client Counseling Competition and served on the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board.
Outside the practice of the law, Holly and her husband have owned and operated a group of franchise restaurants in the Richmond area.
