Lisa focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business law. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Lisa received her law degree from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 2013. She earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Virginia Tech in 2010.
While attending law school, Lisa focused her studies on real property law as well as public interest law, serving as the secretary of the school’s Public Interest Law Association and volunteering extensively with local legal aid organizations in both Ohio and Virginia.
Prior to joining the firm, she was in private practice in Midlothian, Virginia and worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Richmond, Virginia. She has also served as an IRS certified volunteer through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance/Tax Counseling for the Elderly program, preparing tax returns for the elderly and low income individuals.
