Patrick has practiced law in Richmond, Virginia since being admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2005. He concentrates his practice in real estate, business law and transactions, and estate planning. In addition to assisting hundreds of people a year through the legal process of buying and selling their homes, he works closely with many hotel, convenience store, and commercial clients in the acquisition, financing, and sale of their properties and businesses.
Having represented several banks as their counsel on commercial loans over the last decade, he understands the processes required for closings to timely occur, including SBA transactions. He also serves as corporate counsel for many businesses and provides guidance on contractual matters, corporate governance, and buy/sell planning.
Patrick received his law degree (J.D.) from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond and his B.S. degree from Ithaca College in New York.
