Bill’s practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial leases, business organization and transactions. His clients include developers, builders, realtors, mortgage lenders, restaurant owners, hotel owners, shopping center owners, and purchasers and sellers of residential properties. He attended the Marshall-Wythe School of Law and received a Bachelor of Civil Law (J.D.) degree in 1966, having graduated from the College of William & Mary with an A.B. degree in 1963.
